Happiness is not something we need to strive or search for. Happiness is a choice. You know that feeling when you are so happy you could cry? Now think of the moments in your life when you felt that kind of joy.
These moments that brought such joy and happiness into your life were also choices. You chose the things, the people, the experiences that made you happy.
We spend so much time blaming situations or other people for our unhappiness. This is a huge waste of our time and energy. Instead, put your energy into choosing to do the things that make you happy. Spend time with people you love, stop and smell the roses, practice lots of yoga 😊.
