|Today I was thinking about New Years’ passed and some of the things that I resolved to do. One year I resolved to run a half marathon, which turned into 5 😂. Another year I resolved to start skiing again after a nearly 20 year hiatus. This past year I resolved to bring balance and clarity into every aspect of my life.|
I know these resolutions seem to have nothing in common, but they share a common thread…yoga. My yoga practice gave me the strength, determination and clarity to achieve all of these resolutions and yoga can do the same for you!
