Being part of a Yoga community has been a very important part of my journey. It is inspiring and enriching to connect and practice with like-minded people and learn from experienced teachers in real time. But often, we overlook the importance of personal practice.
A personal yoga practice is just that – personal, what you need in the moment. My personal practice is my time to settle, reconnect and prepare for my day. It is a moment in time that is my own – a moment in time where I can be completely present, focused and inward. My greatest realizations and truths have come to me in these moments.
By now you’re probably thinking, this sounds great, but I’m not sure where to begin. I am here for you my friend! I have created a specialty class, Yoga for Daily Practice that is my personal, daily practice. This class consists of 5 Kundalini kriyas that combine asana, pranayama and mediation and closes with a 5 minute silent meditation. The entire practice takes only 20 minutes. In addition to my daily practice, I have created specialized classes to support and inspire your personal practice…3 or more classes added each month.
